The association BANArctic is established and finally starting up in full swing. We kick things off with our first digital deal flow evening.
The deal flow evening is a concept we will run throughout the year with different themes and inspirational talks. The main purpose of the evening is to invite investment-ready startups to the network, followed by closed investment discussions among the members of the association. Here, participants will have the opportunity to form investment groups and make collective assessments of the case before any individual investment.
IMPORTANT: BAN Arctic neither invests nor provides recommendations for your investments. It will be each individual member who chooses/chooses not to invest on their own. The association's contribution is completed when the meeting ends in the evening. For example, if there are 4 members who wish to invest, contact will be facilitated, and further dialogue will be directly between the respective company and the investors.
We offer both digital and physical participation (Harstad, Tromsø, Alta, and Hammerfest). A separate meeting link for digital participation and information about any physical meeting locations will be sent upon confirmed registration.

• We'll look at the due diligence process, agreements, board work, etc.

Gathering 3: Appreciation | 28th May 19:00 - 21:00
• What is the correct value of the cases based on real examples
• We analyze the company from the previous gathering
There will be socializing with light refreshments at the physical gatherings.
The investor training concludes with optional participation in the Meet & Greet breakfast meeting at Flow Tromsø during the investor festival "Capital in the North." 5th June 08:30 - 10:00
About the association BAN Arctic
The association BANArctic has recently been established to inspire and mobilize sustainable investments in Northern Norway. This initiative originates from a pilot project conducted in collaboration with Arctic Accelerator. The project is funded by Innovasjon Norge and Samfunnsløftet to develop an environment for angel investing in Northern Norway. As a member of the association, you will have access to available deal flow and opportunities to meet with startups and the rest of the innovation community in Northern Norway. The association solely serves as a networking platform, is non-profit, and does not make any investments or recommendations itself.
