The association BAN Arctic has recently been established to inspire and mobilize sustainable investments in Northern Norway. Our purpose is to expand the investor community in Northern Norway by identifying potential and established angel investors, developing expertise, and inspiring practical support for Northern Norwegian startups as much as possible.
As a member of the association, you'll have access to available deal flow and opportunities to meet with startups and the rest of the innovation community in Northern Norway.
Not an active angel investor yet, but curious about what it entails?
Throughout the spring, there will be a dedicated business angel course – this is for those who want a deeper introduction to investments in startups.
Important: The association serves only as a networking platform, is non-profit, and does not make any investments or recommendations itself.
Membership in the association is set at NOK 1000,- per year.
As a member, you'll have access to our themed events, resource archive, and network.
BAN Arctic is driven by voluntary commitment, Innovasjon Norge, and Samfunsløftet. The membership costs are therefore reduced to a minimum to cover the expenses associated with providing a good offering for our members.
The purpose is to provide our members with professional development, meet like-minded individuals, and connect with investment-ready companies. We aim to provide you with the necessary tools for making investments, and course materials will be available whenever possible.
Unfortunately, startups cannot become members, but you can be invited to present in front of the members. For more information about this, check out the 'for startups' tab.
